Export your DJ mixes as YouTube-ready videos
DJ.Studio is laptop-based DJ software that lets DJs and producers create, arrange and export full DJ mixes as audio reactive videos with automatic YouTube chapter descriptions, without any extra video editing software.
Turn any mix on your DJ.Studio timeline into a long-form video for YouTube or social media, complete with beat-synced visuals, album art, track titles and your own branding.
Why create DJ mix videos with DJ.Studio
Only audio or a static image to YouTube makes it hard to stand out in DJ-heavy feeds. A mix with audio reactive visuals and clear chapters feels more like a proper show, not background noise.
DJ.Studio gives you a repeatable way to promote DJ mixes on YouTube with high quality visuals. You design the visual style once, sync it to the same timeline you use for transitions, then export a full-length video plus a pre-formatted description for YouTube chapters.
The description includes timestamps and track names, so viewers can jump to their favorite moments while every artist still gets visible credit in your tracklist.
How DJ.Studio video export works
Build your mix and visuals on one timeline
Build your set in the Studio view timeline, where you arrange tracks, set transition points and automate EQ, filters and effects.
On the Video tab at the bottom of the Studio view, a dedicated video lane appears under the timeline. Per track configure background type (animation, Shadertoy, album art, video, image or colour), layer track information, spectrum analyzers, particles, transitions and global text.
Copy a visual setup from one track to the whole mix with "Apply settings to all tracks", which makes it quick to set a consistent visual style for long DJ sets.
Audio Reactive Visuals
DJ.Studio includes a large library of audio reactive animation presets plus a set of 100 Shadertoy-based 3D visuals that respond to your music. Animation backgrounds give you around a hundred trippy looks, some fully audio reactive, so shapes and colours move in time with the beat. Shadertoy backgrounds add depth with 3D scenes that can sync to the beat of the current song.

Display album art and track information
Add album art and track info to DJ set videos, and show the current track name, artist and artwork as an overlay on top of your chosen background.
Pick from several layouts and positions, such as top, bottom or a central panel, and DJ.Studio automatically updates the text and artwork when the next track starts in the timeline.
Brand your mix with text, logos and overlays
Add global text and image layers so every video carries your DJ name, logo or show branding. The video engine lets you combine custom images, spectrum analyzers, particles and waveforms over your chosen background, to match your visual style with your sound.
This is ideal to promote gigs, social handles or radio shows inside the video without editing in a separate NLE.
Export a YouTube-ready video
You can export your mix as an MP4 or WebM video, set resolution (including SD, HD and 4K options) and pick landscape or portrait orientation for YouTube, Shorts or other platforms.
Audio options include master gain, Auto Gain, limiter and a higher quality re-pitch mode, so your rendered file keeps the same balanced sound you hear in the Studio view.
Export Youtube chapter description
For chapters, click "Export description for YouTube" in the video export screen. DJ.Studio creates a text file with your full tracklist and HH:MM:SS timestamps that match your mix timeline. Paste this into your YouTube description and YouTube can use it to create clickable chapters for each track.
Video export, including the YouTube description export, is part of the DJ.Studio Ultimate license. With other license, you can preview video but do not render video files, so you will need Ultimate for YouTube-ready exports.
How DJ.Studio compares for YouTube DJ videos
Traditional DJ software is built around live decks and recording, which usually means exporting an audio file, moving into a separate visualizer or video editor, then typing a YouTube tracklist by hand. DJ.Studio keeps all of that in one timeline.
